How much does the first audit cost?
The first invoice audit is free. There is no subscription and no upfront audit fee.
Can I redact information before uploading?
Yes. You can redact unrelated information as long as cylinder IDs, dates, quantities, rental charges, credits and relevant return references required for the audit remain visible.
Does uploading authorize contact with my supplier?
No. Uploading starts the audit only. Supplier contact or recovery support is a separate decision.
Does a finding prove that the supplier owes money?
No. Findings are reconciliation indicators. Contracts, supplier records, billing periods and supporting documents still need to be verified.
How does CylinderAudit make money?
If you separately request recovery support and accept the engagement, the proposed success fee is 25% of money or supplier credits actually recovered through that work.
