Terms of Service

Pilot service terms · Updated August 25, 2026

1. Audit service

CylinderAudit analyzes customer-provided industrial gas rental invoices and supporting records to identify billing items that may require reconciliation. Findings are analytical indicators, not a determination that a supplier owes money.

2. Free initial audit

The first invoice audit is currently offered without an upfront audit charge. Uploading documents does not by itself create a paid recovery engagement.

3. Recovery assistance

Recovery assistance is a separate service. If CylinderAudit offers recovery support, the customer must accept the applicable recovery engagement before paid recovery work begins.

4. Success fee

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the proposed recovery success fee is 25% of the amount actually recovered or credited as a result of the accepted recovery engagement. No recovery success fee is due when no recovery is achieved.

5. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate records and confirming that they are authorized to upload and use the documents submitted to CylinderAudit.

6. No guarantee

CylinderAudit does not guarantee that an identified amount will be accepted, credited or paid by a supplier.

7. No legal representation

CylinderAudit provides invoice reconciliation and recovery support. It does not provide legal representation or replace advice from a qualified legal or accounting professional.
