Information we process
CylinderAudit processes the company name, business email, supplier information, invoice files, optional return evidence and technical information required to operate and secure the service.
Why we process it
Information is used to create the audit, extract invoice data, identify potential billing discrepancies, match supporting evidence and respond to recovery requests.
Uploaded documents
Uploaded invoices and supporting evidence may contain sensitive business information. Customers should upload only documents they are authorized to provide.
Security
Customer audit access is protected by authenticated audit sessions and access controls. CylinderAudit also uses request validation and rate limiting.
Service providers
Infrastructure, database, object storage and document-analysis providers may process data when necessary to operate the service. Data is not intentionally sold to advertisers.
Retention
During the pilot, records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the audit, recovery workflow, security and service administration.
